We are one of the Product Engines focussing on Transaction Banking and are responsible for serving ~5 million customers, enabling data analytics and reporting for a vast product portfolio covering: current accounts, payment cards, packages, savings, insurances, open banking APIs, digital products like Apple Pay/ Google Pay etc. and associated business/ risk management processes. We contribute significantly to the revenue of the bank, also manage different regulatory and operational topics, and we want to continue and improve on this path to Product Excellence.

We apply business intelligence & advanced analytics to explore, research and gather valuable insights ; define, report & monitor Key Performance Indicators for one or more product groups ; advise them on new proposition designs and duty of care topics ; help decide the course of action and setting priorities with the aim to achieve great customer satisfaction and vendor relations. We also act as change agents to embed a data driven mindset at all levels of the organization, thereby strengthening data maturity and literacy in the bank.

This team of 10 analysts (4 nationalities) works under guidance of Prateeksha Garg (Expert Lead) and is positioned under leadership of Alex Evers (Head of Transaction Banking Office).
