Description

Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for Data Engineer to work on some major client projects in Australia.

The position will be full time.

Mandatory Skills

• The ideal candidate has at least 7+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role, with a firm grasp of data management and ETL.
• Proficiency in Python or experience with Azure cloud data engineering.
• Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong experience in data modelling, ETL development, and Data warehousing, or similar skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus.
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
