As part of the Search Quality Review (SQR) Team and reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will work closely with RRA stakeholders for assignment post-closure review and reporting. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for using data and analytics to develop and present insights around search quality review reporting, scores, trends, etc. S/he will manage and analyze large data sets and create written materials that convey results in a compelling manner to area managers and consultants. S/he will also be responsible for performing assignment reviews whenever required.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
§ Search Quality Review Reports
o Develop client facing reports based on SQR data
o Coordinate ad-hoc reporting and reporting for further quality investigation
o Quality checking on specific compliance issues
o Coordinate reporting for promotion processes
o assist in establishing the process for further project quality reviews, e.g. Board Services Conceptualize and translate data request to reporting solutions
o Test any new reports and macros to deliver those reports
§ Insight Generation from SQR and assignment related data
o Work closely with business teams to help them understand areas to improve compliance.
o Partner with stakeholders to graphically depict SQR trends and insights from our SQR reports
o Serve as a primary source of analytic support in preparing content-driven assignment best practices insights and recommendations
o Partner with stakeholders to leverage our data to deliver meaningful insights for process improvement purposes
§ Assignment Review & report generation
o Check compliance and best practice elements, such as attachment of engagement letter, acceptance form, offer letter, recording degree verification / internet screening results, etc.
o Updating standard comments in the report as per quality standards for each parameter
o Maintain Assignment Review sheet accuracy
o Generate reports that summarize the compliance & best practice scores by office and by consultant
Bachelor's degree with a focus on data/analytics
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (expertise in Excel, VBA and PowerPoint is required)
Previous experience in data analytics and reporting
Experience in executive search industry or related fields is preferred
