In the Customer Complaint team, we play a key role in facilitating, training, and communicating with our internal partners, typically colleagues from the Production, Research & Development, or Marketing.
This position is key for trending on complaints and unplanned service work orders, which in turn provides key input to which countermeasures need to be taken. It is also important to provide the data needed for follow-up on quality parameters (showing up in complaints) as well as providing input for management reviews.

You might not be familiar with all the expressions used in our department, to begin with, but having the technical flair for Medical Devices and data handling skills we bet that you can handle the following assignments:
Data analysis on Customer complaints related data Business/strategic impact (finance, business, management)
Supporting the organization during External Audits
Answering data-related questions from your commercial and technically oriented colleagues
Preferably a Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
Good knowledge of applicable standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, IVD, MD directive, and FDA legislation).
Must master Excel and PowerBI functionality related to data analysis and graph building.
Proven experience with extracting data from different data sources, combining them, and performing analyses on data.
Have the ability to present the conclusions from the analysis done in an easy-to-comprehend manner.
