About Edurino


EDURINOs vision is to teach children 21st century skills with the power of games. We re-think how children play and learn and develop a hybrid playlearning system that combines hard- and software. Haptic figurines and a stylus pen are the key to adaptive learning games. Our story-based games equip children with relevant skills for the future such as problem-solving, creativity and coding. We have secured financials by VCs (Emerge Education, btov) and business angels (e.g. Verena Pausder, Jens Begemann, Ferry Heilemann) to achieve a larger beneficial impact on kids' education.


We are seeking a (Senior) Data Analyst with a proven track record in the gaming industry and a passion for educational technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing analytics infrastructures from scratch and a commitment to drive its ongoing evolution.

Your mission at EDURINO


  • Design and maintain the analytics infrastructure for our educational gaming platform.
  • Analyse data to provide insights on game performance and children's learning progress to the development team and customers (parents).
  • Define metrics to measure player engagement and learning progress and use them to predict player behaviour.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools for your team members.
  • Transform data into actionable insights to inform product decisions, and drive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve product problems.
  • Design and implement A/B testing to optimise game features.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.

It is a match if you…


  • Have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on the gaming industry.
  • Have Experience building and maintaining analytics infrastructure from scratch.
  • Have Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Have Experience in the educational technology industry is a plus.
  • Have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.

How to become part of the team


  • We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the time to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us.
  • Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions.
  • We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
  • You (e-)meet one of the founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  • After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino.
  • The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and product team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
