Hiring Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst who would be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data to identify trends and insights to improve campaigns and strategies. The analyst will work closely with the content marketing team and internal business partners to interpret data and generate meaningful insights that can be used to inform decisions and improve outcomes.


  • Measurement of all omni-channel campaign performance, provide recommendations to optimize campaign ROI and inform the creation of more personalized and effective programs
  • Develop overall marketing attribution models for measuring marketing’s impact on business growth and conversion funnel development
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to align on product KPIs and scorecards
  • Analyze large data sets and find trends, patterns, correlations, outliers etc. and extract meaningful information
  • Validate the data and analysis to ensure the outcome is suitable for the scenario being analyzed
  • Ability to trace data issues to source is required
  • Collaborate with key Data & Analytics partners to drive process efficiencies and scale
  • Develop automated reporting solutions, including dashboards that can be delivered as standalone executive reporting packages
  • Provide visual interpretations for the analysis performed
  • Use story telling skills to present and explain the analysis so the takeaway is easy to understand, and next steps are clear to everyone
  • Assist in implementing and measuring A/B tests to determine cause and effect relationships between marketing actions and business outcomes

  • 5+ years of professional experience using large datasets for measurement and advanced analytics
  • 5+ years of storytelling with data via dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau and/or Google Looker Studio
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Practical testing platform experience (e.g. Optimizely, Maxymiser, Google Optimize, Interaction Studio)
  • Solid understanding of SEO practices and SEM campaign strategies
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize complex analytical issues, highlighting implications for the business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and as a part of a team is a must, including:
    • Demonstrating reliability, communicating constructively and being an active listener
    • Treating others in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner
    • Exhibiting flexibility, participating as a problem-solver

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Hiring Company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

$97,200 - $145,800
