Creates data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets. Analysis may have many applications such as to address a business issue or provide a competitive advantage for the organization. Requires strong statistical and data visualization skills.Essential Functions:• Develops metrics and reports that address business requirements and that fit with the companies system architecture standards.• Creates database procedures and objects to collect, manipulate and present visibility of data.• Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.• Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.• Manages all aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between various stakeholders.• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.Basic Qualifications: • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in s STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and a minimum of 1 years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 0 years with a Master's degree)• Must have experience in Tableau, R, Python and SQL Server• Experienced in analytics, and data visualization.• Experience in Agile development• Candidate must be able to research issues independently and propose solutions.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with machine learning and AI• Experienced in ETL processes using SSIS or Alteryx.• Strong project management and communications skills are highly desired.• Ideal applicant will be enthusiastic about process improvement, efficiency, excellent customer service, and working with different teams from all functions.
Salary Range: 89800 - 134800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
