Your responsibilities: 



  • Manage the process of collecting, processing, and analyzing compensation and policy data
  • Prepare presentations, compensation and policy reports for our clients
  • Lead off-cycle and process improvement projects using LEAN methodology
  • Cooperate closely with colleagues not only in Warsaw, but also across various Mercer offices globally
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders
  • Review work performed by other colleagues
  • Train colleagues on survey methodology, tools and processes


Our requirements: 



  • Communicative/Fluent command of written and spoken English
  • Analytical skills with a proven track record of working with comprehensive numerical data
  • Experience working with large and complex databases and the ability to understand how they function will be preferred
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, assume ownership of tasks, and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: experience in working to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be confident, self-motivated, and take a proactive approach to work without the need for constant supervision
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable
  • Availability for a full-time position. (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m. / tailored to your needs and in agreement with your manager)

What makes you stand out:



  • Project management experience
  • Quality management knowledge: familiarity with quality management principles, such as Six Sigma or LEAN. (Can be an asset but not must have. We will teach you!)
