Data Analyst

We are looking to hire a Data Analyst to join our data team You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases Responsibilities Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Requirement (1-3)years work experience as a data analyst or in related field. Knowledge ofprogramming languages like R, MongoDB... and Python Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing Adept at using data processing platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques of data minning and segmentation.
