We have an excellent opportunity to join our client on a Temp to Perm basis working as a Performance Data Analyst. This position will provide the department with assistance in performance data collection, analysis, management and support, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Management Information (MI). To be considered for this position, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and the ability to work with data. Any experience of working within a Project environment would be desirable.
Tasks will include: Performance data collection and analysis, including trend analysis and monitoring closure of actions. Assist in the compilation and maintenance of performance reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Liaison with the customer to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. Provision of timely and accurate information regarding project progress and issues.
Ensure that data and information is properly recorded, maintained, managed and auditable; meeting any applicable legislative requirements. Monitoring of customer dependencies. Support monthly and quarterly reviews as required and representing the Risk and Performance Manager when required. Interfacing with other internal programme teams.
