Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the Data Science team, you will tackle challenging problems in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Recommendation Systems, Information Retrieval, and Voice Recognition.
Your work will directly impact the customer experience, doctor experience, and operational challenges in delivering millions of consultations.
Your responsibilities will include: a. Designing and developing machine learning models for extracting structured data from consultations in multiple Indian languages and solving various business problems. b. Collaborating with doctors and nurses to gather relevant domain knowledge for building useful models. c. Working closely with product teams to deliver AI-driven product experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
Academic background: Tier 1 school (IIT/BITS/IIIT/NIT) or proven ability with analytical and logical skills.
3+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP.
Hands-on implementation experience with building machine learning models into products.
Experience in using Python and statistical/machine learning libraries with a good understanding of scalability challenges and real-time deployment of scalable ML models.
Proficiency in R, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with relational and document databases.
Strong working knowledge of NLP, deep learning, machine learning, and statistics.
Data pre-processing and engineering skills for model deployment.
Strong mathematical skills for statistical modeling and machine learning.
