About Our Client

My client is a successful company that enables the reduction of manual data work by means of deep analysis and reporting functions. It provides a SaaS-Solution for companies enabling building financial reports, controlling, ... For the location Berlin, I am looking for a Principal Engineer (Python) (m/f/d) who is motivated to take over the expansion and further development of the software.

Job Description

• You work closely with the customers
• You'll do some code reviews & work as a mentor
• You are responsible for debugging and troubleshooting the software
• You accompany the entire development process from conception and design to the completion of the software applications
• You prepare the technical documentation
• You'll be the technical lead of a team of 5 software engineers

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in shipped production-ready Serverless Compute based services
• Experience in leading a team of software engineers
• Hands-on mentality
• Skills in monitoring and debugging serverless functions
• More than 6 years Python experience
• Expertise in performing REST API driven developments
• Know-how in Postgres, MYSQL, AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, AWS Cloud etc.
