Salary: Starting at £39,186 per year (Grade 10)

Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 37 hours per week, hybrid and flexible working

Location: YPO Headquarters, 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield WF2 0XE

YPO are currently seeking a detail orientated and passionate professional to join our Business Intelligence and Data Team as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst.

In this role, you’ll support the Business Intelligence and Data Team in improving the quality of Business Intelligence, developing robust data analysis systems. The aim is to ensure a unified One Version of the Truth across the organisation.

You’ll translate business information needs into designs and prototypes, taking ownership for regular reports and dashboards. Receiving enquiries and responding in the correct and efficient manner, you will provide timely and high-quality information crucial for strategic decision-making at all business levels.

You will demonstrate great verbal and communication skills, confidently presenting ideas and solutions to technical and non-technically minded individuals. You will be capable of delivering results within tight deadlines, both independently and within a multidiscipline team.

It is essential that the successful candidate have:

· A Degree, or equivalent experience, in a related field.

· IT Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.

· Experience of change management and leadership.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
