Description
- The MRO Data Analyst will work on improving Client database for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items like motors and bearings.
- This involves cleaning up data, removing duplicates, and filling in missing information.
- Finding and fixing inaccurate or incomplete data, often through internet research or using resources provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
- Sorting MRO items into different categories.
- Checking if MRO items already exist in our system, then updating data or making new records as needed.
- Using our tool Integrity to add new items, update items, and make changes.
- Meeting goals set by the Project Manager.
- Up-to-date and accurate data in place of incorrect or missing information.
- Correct categorization of MRO items, and important details added.
- Data from old records included in our item details.
- Relevant extra data added to new and updated items.
- Items needing more research identified and noted.
- Weekly/monthly goals met as set by the Project Manager.
- This job needs someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
