The Senior Policy and Data Analyst plays a crucial role enhancing and improving Solar Victoria's suite of programs enabling Victorians to access clean and affordable household energy.
Reporting to the Policy Manager, Program Development and Implementation, this role will contribute to the design and implementation of current and future Solar Victoria programs, by providing strategic policy advice and developing program options, through evaluation, research and analysis of opportunities and risks.
The successful candidate will undertake policy development and data analysis and be proficient in scanning, analysis of options, be able to use modelling to translate data results into useful insights to support business decisions and program direction and have proven experience delivering evidence-based, innovative program solutions.
Strong policy, research and analysis capabilities are required, together with a collaborative and engaging approach to forming key stakeholder relationships and seeking input from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months.
