AS A FINANCE DATA ANALYST YOU WILL…

Be responsible to ensure daily and monthly tasks are completed in accordance with SG Fleet Accounting and Reporting Manual, and all reporting requirements are delivered within strict reporting deadlines. The position plays a key supporting role in helping Financial Control provide financial information to the stakeholders.

YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Process finance transactions with various financiers, including updates of any changes, and process urgent funding requests.
  • Reconcile GL accounts as appropriate and prepare month end reconciliation reports.
  • Analyse and investigate discrepancies between SG Fleet systems and financier systems including arrears investigations.
  • Liaise with relevant internal parties and financier contacts to resolve errors, review processes and suggest changes for improvements / efficiency gains.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Conduct various analysis and ad-hoc reporting as requested.


A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

Essential

  • Advance Excel skills. Together with experience in working with spreadsheets and providing analysis on trends and movements.
  • Strong analytic mindset, with a strong desire for continuous process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiencies.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems
  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise
  • Strong technical/numerical skills and knowledge and is thorough and accurate
