We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated CRM Data Analyst to join our CRM team. We have ambitious plans to grow CRM at Scotch & Soda and this role will be pivotal to the success. The CRM Data Analyst will be responsible to develop and execute innovative analysis designed to meet evolving business needs. You will be reporting to CRM manager and will be required to analyze CRM campaigns and customer data to drive improved efficiency, reduce customer churn and increase customer acquisition and retention. In this role you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment. You need to have the ability to present complex data clearly and confidently across the business.


  • Support the CRM Manager in identifying appropriate strategies to grow and retain customers throughout their various lifecycle with us and translate data into actionable insights;
  • Create regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards on customer database, churn, rfm model, lifetime value cohorts etc. in order to understand, define and monitor changing customer behavior;
  • Identify trends and/or issues within data sets and make recommendations to influence business decisions;
  • Generate customer profiling analysis, campaign lists and post campaign analysis in support of various marketing and other CRM initiatives;
  • Ability to develop advanced segmentation of the database, modeling and profiling of clients;
  • Analyze the results of lifecycle/ marketing campaigns across email and push notifications;
  • Develop an understanding of unique customer segments to improve the success of email campaigns in growing revenue, improving customer retention and opt-out rates, an increasing customer engagement;

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, data modelling experience preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, data science, economics) preferred;
  • Experience with relational database and ability to build queries and pull data in an SQL environment;
  • Preferably experience with Salesforce / exact target / marketing cloud;
  • Advanced Google Analytics, Excel skills, Data Visualization Tools and Datorama;
  • Self-starter who takes ownership for the projects and tasks with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy. Can-do attitude and great initiative;
  • Experience in fashion / retail / marketing / digital;
  • Experience with database management and segmentation;
  • Curiosity to uncover patterns and trends in data;
