About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to be part of our Workforce Reporting & Analytics, Human Resources (HR) team. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, transforming, and critically analysing HR related data & information to draw meaningful insights that contribute to workforce recommendations, intelligence and reports relating to the strategic utilisation of human resources & other issues impacting the workforce. The role is required to assist in the development of dashboards, reports, models and options relating to contemporary workforce related issues to inform strategic decision making, as well as providing supervisory & support to a team of analysts.
