Let's talk about the opportunity
This 12 month fixed term contract will see you responsible for the delivery of data and analytics related initiatives across operations and other enterprise departments. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate an ability to understand business challenges and develop data–driven analytical solutions, which help drive business strategy and profitability.
Driving Customer Experience initiatives, across all of Customer Service and Operations & Digital Channel Solutions to drive both efficiency and effectiveness outcomes.
Drive analytics and support the execution of multi-channel strategies across both Customer Servicing and Channel activities.
Support end-to-end analytic projects, including requirements gathering, data manipulation, statistical analysis, presentation of findings and recommendations, and execution of said recommendations.
Provide Analytics and Insights domain expertise within Operations.
Identify new sources of Operational data to will build an end-to-end customer experience viewpoint and link it to key performance measures across Latitude
Let's talk about you
Educated in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or other numerate related discipline
Experience in designing actionable analytics solutions and lead the development through to implementation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven capability to articulate and present complex information to senior management
Excellent programming (SQL) skills and an aptitude to learn new coding languages
Experience in management of large datasets to ensure integrity, quality, accuracy of data for analysis
Demonstrated ability in delivering significant business benefits using data and statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS or SPSS
Experience with AWS Analytic/Data tools will be a plus
