Senior Professional Data Engineer 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Our Cloud Data Analytics team is a new unit that provides analytics services for our connected digital services platform. In this position, you will be responsible for building the foundation of our data infrastructure. You will translate business requirements into a cloud-based data architecture and implement this system with state-of-the-art methods and technology.

• You define and document a cloud-based data architecture
• You implement and operate the data infrastructure
• You help define data governance for curating, accessing, and securing datasets.
• You implement mechanisms to enforce governance
• You design, implement, deploy, and operate new data pipelines
• You evaluate, deploy, and utilise tools for BI and data science
• You provide training and support for consumers of the data infrastructure

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

• BSc in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with architecting and implementing (big) data storage and processing solutions
• Expertise in databases, data warehouses or data lakes
• Good software engineering skills with a DevOps mindset
• Experience with AWS is a plus
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience with Terraform is a plus
