JUNIOR DATA SCIENTIST
£250-£300 PER DAY

Harnham is parenting with a growing healthcare analytics company based in Central London who is looking to bolster its team with a Junior Data Scientist!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in Data Science whilst working on projects that improve public health.
At the end of this 3-month contract, you will be offered a permanent role where you will be given the opportunity to accelerate your career both from a technical perspective and from a consultative one too!

The Role And Responsibilities
A Junior Data Scientist will be tasked with the following:
- Building models and algorithms using Python to predict healthcare outcomes
- Working closely with clients, advising them on projects & how best to use data within their organisation
- Supporting with architecture using Azure and AWS
- Building visualisations in Power BI and Qlik to help stakeholders understand various KPIs
- Explain complex mathematical and statistical concepts with the view of taking stakeholders on a journey to understand public health better.
A successful Junior Data Scientist will have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate examples of managing stakeholders, influencing decision making and more.
- Strong academic background with a degree in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Ability to code in Python & SQL to a high level
- 1+ years working in Data.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, Qlik, Tableau or similar would be beneficial.
Once placed a Junior Data Scientist can expect:
- £250-£300 per day
- 3 month contract
- Hybrid remote working from their central London Office
- A permanent job at the end of the 3 months
- The opportunity to work on and own your own projects
