Our Exciting Opportunity

Be a part of engineering team acting as analytic support to Field Engineers with Reporting and Analytics, process optimalization. Actively work with other teams (Field / NOC / PM) dealing with large amount of data / SQL Databases (to evaluate / compare occurrence of errors in various locations)

You will

  • Act as Data Engineer / BI Engineer after the training
  • Be able to provide multisource reporting and analytics services to support field engineers' operations (mostly error, incident reporting)
  • Work with large amount of data to evaluate and compare occurrence of errors in various locations
  • Actioning schedule changes and running daily checks to ensure worklists are 100% accurate
  • Raise and develop new use error cases to grow our analytics for Networks and Managed Service portfolio and adapt descriptive and predictive analytics and cost reporting to local requirements
  • Deliver standard or interactive data visualization tools
  • Build tools needed to perform every day and optimalisation tasks
  • Automation and optimalisation of the different processes

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Analytical skills
  • Focus to develop in the future as Data Engineer
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is required
  • Min. 1 year of software development experience in data analytics / BI Engineering (possible noncommercial, education related experience too)
  • Familiar with MS tools like Excel, Access, Azure.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish, spoken and written (at least B1-B2 level) to be able to communicate and read / write documentation
  • UE citizenship or working permit in Poland

Good to have:

  • Experience with networking, RAN (Radio Access Networks), NMSD (Network & Managed Services Delivery - fundamentals or on hands at least one year experience will be strong plus
  • Experience with Python - fundamentals or on hands at least one year experience will be strong plus)
  • Familiarity with data visualization toolset
  • Statistics related experience
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
