Job title: Data Analyst

Salary: Up to £49,834 depending on skills and experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be working on projects, resolving incidents and series requests
Looking and developing tickets in Jira using an agile approach
- Following development lifecycle to build and release code, content etc
- Using incident and problem management skills to work on the most complex issues with no need for supervision or support
- Using SQL Server, SSIS, TDV Software for data management and
- Will work regularly with customer and supplier stakeholders and will be provide technical advice satisfy requirements across the Air function working closely with other departments within the sector
- Benchmark and review improved ways of working while continually seeking opportunities for improvement
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Previous experience of software development in an IT team
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle
- SQL or SSIS experience
- Knowledge and understanding of code repositories
Desirable
- Agile methodology experience
- Previous Atlassian experience would be advantageous

The Air Data Analytics Team
The team sits under Air and Data Analytics but is broken down into a sub section called the Business Demand Delivery team. They are a fast-paced team working on roughly 50 varying projects at any one time, which include building dashboards and reports working.
The team help to help drive a cultural business change, covering a wide range of business solutions, which depend heavily on Information to enable and offer the customer the required capability. There will also be opportunities to develop into Senior Data Analyst or Team lead roles.
