The Senior Analyst will act as a technical analyst within VAHI's Clinical Reporting team, working collaboratively with other team members, senior clinicians, and other senior stakeholders. They will develop and implement measures and reporting solutions for monitoring quality, safety and performance in the Victorian health system, design and perform analyses to support clinical improvement and policy design and provide expert advice on the application and interpretation of findings across a wide range of health data.
The incumbent will bring to the role a strong personal commitment to improving health outcomes for Victorians, as well as excellent conceptual and analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and stakeholder liaison skills. They will work well both independently and within a team to achieve team goals, and they will have a demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing demands.
