Lloyds Banking Group is looking to welcome individuals to its Apprenticeship Programme within the Analytics and Interactions team in Bristol – operating within our Chief Customer Office. We'll provide you with a terrific platform for your career by gaining valuable insight into how data is used to develop strategy and drive positive change for our customers. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a mentor, enthusiastic to provide coaching and advice as you become part of a state-of-the-art marketing team.
The Data Analyst Apprenticeship will run for 18 months, and as well as working in our market-leading analytics team, you will gain one BCS Level 4 Diploma in Data Analysis Concepts, and an EMC Data Science Associate upon successful completion.
This Programme aims to develop the higher-level skills and knowledge required to build confident and capable Data Analyst professionals. As an apprentice on the Programme, you’ll gain valuable work experience and on-the-job training. We’ll support you in the development of your technical skills (including MS Office, Microsoft SQL Server and Tableau) in parallel with the interpersonal skills needed to thrive within a nationally significant organisation.
By earning this BCS Level 4 Diploma in Data Analysis Concepts, you’ll be officially recognised by the British Computer Society for entry onto the Register of IT Technicians. This registration will confirm SFIA level 3 professional competence.
Starting in June, these roles are based in Bristol. Training days are currently online due to Covid-19, although this may change in the future, requiring occasional trips to a learning centre in Milton Keynes.
What you’ll bring
You are required to hold 5 GCSE’s grade C or above including English Language or Literature and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
You should be passionate and proficient in analytical subjects, for example; maths, statistics, engineering, computer programming whether through your studies or relevant work experience.
