A new opportunity exists for a Data Analyst to work in a busy dynamic reporting and analysis team. The Data Analyst will support the team in responding to data requests and providing data to develop reports to be used for management decision making and be able to provide accurate analysis of activity data to all levels of ACT Health. This role is crucial for enabling the ACT Health Directorate to provide quality reporting and analysis.

If you are looking for an exciting new challenge and you have experience working with data and reporting in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, there is an opportunity within the ACT Health Digital Solutions Division, Information Data Management (IDM) Branch.
The IDM branch is responsible for managing the ACT Health Directorate’s reporting requirements to national data agencies and Australian governments. This includes activity, performance and costing data. IDM also manages the Directorate’s relationships with the national data agencies, is responsible for developing and monitoring a health performance framework and for the delivery of health services across the ACT.

This is a temporary position for available immediately until 28 May 2021, with the possibility of extension up to six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This is a designated security assessed position. Confirmation of appointment is subject to satisfactory outcome of the security clearance.
