The True Rx Data Analyst/Power BI Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis using information from various company databases. This may include the need to design, write, and/or execute ad-hoc functions, queries, and processes that are required by the business.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational inefficiencies
  • Elicits and documents business and functional requirements that can be clearly understood by the business unit and technical teams
  • Develop database solution to retrieve and store data from multiple sources
  • Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested utilizing Microsoft Office software
  • Aids in documentation of current systems, processes, policies and procedures
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all systems and processes within Operations and its related entities
  • Undertake special projects as needed
  • Conduct market research and analysis as requested
  • Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of predictive dialer system and calling lists imports

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s Degree in Business Management or related field

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office software including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Power BI
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel including experience working efficiently with datasets, e.g., Excel pivot tables and advanced MS excel modeling skills
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must be detail orientated with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge
  • Strong collaboration and team work skills


Work Environment: The work environment meets all standard set by this company’s accreditation company, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. The noise level is quiet to moderate with several interruptions in routines. Personal visiting during break periods is allowed outside the work area. Flexible work environment will be discussed.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers and type for up to eight hours in a workday. Employee is required to stand and/or walk for short periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
