Data Scientist

Knower™ is the Outsourcing brand of the Wellow™ Group, present in the market for over 20 years. We are responsible for managing and organizing all Outsourcing and Recruitment and Selection projects in the corporate and private segment.

Tasks

Function:

Integration in the Data Scientists team and participation in the development and delivery of multiple strategic projects for clients involved data in knowledge through complex techniques.

Requirements

Skills:

• Higher education in the areas of Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related areas; (preferably)
• Minimum experience of 3 years in development of IT solutions/projects; (preferably)
• Solid experience and knowledge in:
• Data Modeling;
• SQL and PL/SQL (creation and optimization of queries and complex procedures);
• Development of ETL processes (preferably in IBM SPSS Modeler or Powercenter);
• Dynamic Dashboards in Microsoft Power BI (or Qlikview, SAP BusinessObjects BI or Tableau).
• Ability to maintain and manage communication with the customer (understand their business needs and develop functional requirements that meet them);
• Ability to adapt to a difficult context/customer, with an enormous complexity of data sources and focus on problem solving;
• Knowledge that allowed the analysis, specification and design of solutions in a web interface that meet the needs of the client (together with the team's developers);
• Creative thinking and taste for data, data analysis and Business Intelligence solutions;
• Ability to produce documents inherent to projects (functional requirements specifications, project initiation documents, architecture notebooks, cooperation tests, among others);
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Autonomy in the development of tasks;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience and basic knowledge of data analysis in fraud detection;
• Knowledge of data analysis tools;
