The position is suited to a Business Analyst that enjoys interacting with non-technical stakeholders, helping them identify their business needs and providing them with quality tools that suit those needs. The analyst should be prepared to work on not just the technical aspects of tool development – but also the project management and stakeholder communication aspects that make for a successful project.

As part of the EMEAI IT Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data analytics solutions, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support decision-making for the operational and executive leadership teams. Working directly with leaders and operations colleagues, you will develop and manage projects, provide PowerBI, OBIEE and other reporting tools support, develop and implement new solutions to improve system efficiencies within the various Operational departments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work closely with stakeholders to turn business problems into analytical projects--perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required; provide ad-hoc reporting as needed to aid in problem solving, audit support, trend- and predictive-analysis

Support data mining and analysis for ad-hoc projects by developing or leveraging existing dashboards and data visualization concepts

Support the design and maintenance of data and business intelligence applications and platforms that are internally created by through integration of various reporting components from multiple data sources and that transform large, complex data into meaningful insights that leadership can use to make informed business decisions

Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, predictive and statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses

Support the administration of the data integration architecture that handles storage, movement, and analysis of data from multiple platforms, across a variety of data sources, critical for sales processes and reporting

Work with complex data management software, Power BI is a “must” and OBIEE is a “Nice to Have” and databases to develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region / territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and KPIs

Collaborate with BI Technical developer or Architects to maintain and enhance performance of all new and existing BI solutions in accordance with the development standards.

Develop test plans and participating in code testing to ensure workability, completeness and quality

Essential requirements of the job:
We are looking for a data driven and metrics-oriented individual with a passion for problem solving, driving key objectives for the business, and turning data-driven insights into actions.

Will work with complex data management software, Power BI is a “must” and OBIEE is a “Nice to Have” and databases to develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region / territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and KPIs.

W ill be curious by nature, excited about collaborating daily with a highly skilled cross-functional team to develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and to find challenging, meaningful opportunities for business process improvements.
