About the department:
We are situated in Kalundborg as part of Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (DAPI) a business unit within Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT) - more specifically DAPI Technical Production Support.
You will be working alongside the Associate Manager for DAPI Maintenance and two reliability specialists on a day to day basis. While collaborating with managers, subject matters and process experts (across several facilities in various projects),
you enable stakeholders to set direction and be proactive through data driven decision-making. Our goal is to support the ambition to reduce routine operations, and automate simple decision making and processes.

About the Job:
As Business and Data Analyst, your main task will be to help us define and accelerate our platform for creating impact through a data driven decision making approach. You will do this by utilising business intelligence software, data cleaning via programming languages (e.g. Python) to gain actionable insights and present your findings through reports and/or tableau-based dashboards.
Motivated through collaborating with experienced SME’s, across several facilities and departments within the Maintenance & Repair Operations in DAPI, you will be leading from the front and on shop floor with key stakeholders, presenting and selling your findings to management and drive a data driven culture.
You will assist our SME with creating reporting tools, data entry forms and digitalising our workflows with focus on user friendly interfaces.
A Bachelor or Master’s degree in either Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering is already on your CV, as well as a track record of data analysis and forecasting. You are confident handling multiple data sources with ease, and have outstanding Excel or Alteryx skills with ableness to perform in various types of analytics (including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive or prescriptive), which allows you to find patterns in large volumes of data.
You can be newly graduated or highly experienced, as we will scope the position and tasks to fit your level and aspirations. No matter your start qualifications we promise you the opportunity to grow and define the role in close collaboration with your manager and team.
Although not essential, it is advantageous if you have experience within Maintenance & Repair Operations, where you have assisted in or enabled improvement of equipment reliability for increased output, efficiency, or costs. Equally, experience within a health regulated environment is not essential and we encourage and welcome applications from all industries who are looking to make a difference.
