As Data Analyst Team Leader, you will be placed within our Supply Chain Planning organization, in the Central Planning Team in Barcelona.
The main tasks of the role are:
Support the sales and operations planning process, including review and analysis of planning data and update and publish planning KPI's
Provide expertise in systems and database integration supporting Supply Network Planners
Contribute to the design of reports for leadership review and performance communication to business partners.
Contribute to Sourcing Network optimization achieving structural savings and resolving capacity issues
Monitor production transfer projects within the network
Represent Supply Planning in Network Optimization projects
Lead Analytics team
Main qualifications:
Degree in Business, Business Analytics or Data Scientist.
+ 3 years of experience in operational or production planning required.
+ 2 years' experience in people management.
Fluent in English
Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel confidently (complex formulas, pivoting is a minimum)
Experience with SAP (SAP APO) and JDA or other Information Systems/Data Warehouses, Tools Group or similar.
Knowledge of VBA/ MySQL is an advantage, Python and Power Bi experience.
Analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred qualifications
Have a large interest towards database management is a plus
Work well within a team in a multinational environment, ready to build good relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of organization
Able to successfully manage your responsibilities, even if it means multitasking with limited oversight and low supervisory support
