An exciting opportunity to join our Investment IT Operations team as an Investment Data Analyst on a permanent basis based in our London office (hybrid working).

The Investment IT Operations team supports the Railpen investment business with their systems and data. The main responsibility of the team is to make sure the investment teams have access to reliable data and systems. Day to day we deal with data mastering, data quality, ETL, batch processing, trading support, monitoring and process improvement. Our core purpose as a team is to ensure the investment business have reliable tools and data needed to secure our members futures.
This role will report into the Head of IT Operations and will be responsible for supporting our day to day data management requirements of our investment business teams. The remaining time will be spent on process improvement within our investment data platforms and change projects.
The successful candidate will have experience within investment management, as part of a demanding and rapidly changing environment, with strong investment data experience to meet the varied requirements of our business. Experience with investment datasets, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering quality data and service is key for this role. Additionally, you will have strong background in using SQL and Power BI.
The role will suit a quick thinker, problem solver and someone with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently across priorities and to project deadlines. You will also understand the importance of taking a collaborative approach to tasks to ensure we deliver the best solutions and optimise knowledge sharing.
