Create internal and external reports utilizing Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, and IF functions)
Manage several projects, often with challenging timelines.
Represent Supply Chain as ERP Lead for Oracle Cloud implementation
Monitor data for key indicators to initiate continuous improvement activities.
Mentor and assist with the training of peers on new processes.
Visual Basic - Create macros to automate queries/workbooks.
SQL - Create queries, data warehousing, and data set creation.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in line with company goals
Automate current manual processes with automation softwares and conduct user training.
Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.
Report all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisor.
Responsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actions.
Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Participate in audits and inspections as and when required.
Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement programs within the company to reduce waste, reduce cost, reduce errors and improve productivity.
Degree in IT
Must be advanced in MS Excel, SQL and Visual Basic. Experienced with creating queries, data warehousing, and data set creation. Preferably with Oracle experience (implementation experience will be useful).
Process improvements and change management skillsets will be useful.
Strong communications skills and ability to plan and execute independently.
Will have frequent communications with cross-functional teams in the US and Singapore.
