The overall objective of this role consists of collecting and connecting all relevant data to optimize our customer experience and communication.

User conversion into leads

  • Funnel traffic on website into leads and conversions
  • Optimise conversion rates

Existing leads

  • Transform customer contacts into sales

Existing Customers

  • Optimise Cross-Selling of products
  • Optimise Upselling of products
  • Optimise usage of our services

Tracking & Analytics

  • Implement data driven customer development
  • Data analysis and insights generation

System Implementation Project

  • Identify and evaluate potential CRM systems
  • Implement CRM system and other tools to connect relevant data sources of Fintiba
  • Run and maintain CRM system

Website Optimisation

  • Make sure that relevant data is tracked and analysed
  • Improve website user flows based on data (conversion rate etc.)
  • Running A/B Tests

User Automation

  • Creation and set-up of campaigns and mailings for lead generation
  • Define (communication) automations

Product Usage

  • Define data driven actions in our products (apps)
  • Align with product team to optimise lead generation and up-/cross-selling

This is what you bring along

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data related position
  • High interest in data driven customer development, communication & automations
  • Experience in (web)tracking, data analysis and a/b testing
  • Experience in lead management and automated customer communication
  • Very good level of English and German
