Data Scientist

Our client is a rising MedTech startup is looking for smart and capable Data Scientist to join their exciting Data Science team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities

• Research and develop algorithms to detect abnormal subtle changes in physiology using biosensor data in real time
• Research and develop algorithms to derive clinical derivative parameters from continuous biosensor data
• Design and architect the algorithms workflow
• Optimize data analysis processes and systems for better efficiency and maintenance
• Analyze the pattern, causes and effects of health and disease in the cohort of collected patient data
• Documentation for the explanation on how algorithms has been implemented, verified and validated
• Draft and apply paper publications
• Edit or review task related research documentations

The Requirements

• Master or PhD in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
• Have good statistical modelling and machine learning skills
• Hand on experience with end to end development of data analytics solutions
• Good knowledge of big data technologies
• Good with time-series data analytics, anomaly detection, unsupervised learning, hypothesis testing
• Proficient programming in Python, C/C++
• Good research ability and critical thinking skills
• Good communicator
