iKhokha is on the hunt for a Data Analyst. It goes without saying, you’ve got to be passionate about all things data. This role will sit within our Product Division and work on a variety of Growth focused projects.

So what will you do?
You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying problem areas, and pulling trends and insights together.
You will articulate your findings and highlight the patterns identified within the data and present to your team to support decision making and experimentation.
You will need to build great relationships with the Data Engineering team.
You will be required to engage with that team to formalize reporting, especially where regular reports or common dashboards are required.
The deal breakers:
3 - 4 years’ experience working with Query languages such as SQL to manipulate and present data.
2+ years’ experience working with large data sets within relational and non-relational databases using SQL.
3 + years’ experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or Excel.
3 + years’ experience demonstrating strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working across multiple disciplines, interdepartmental teams and engaging with stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present data findings at all levels in the organization.
Basic statistical background.
What would you be responsible for?
Leading independent analysis and consistent follow-up with all relevant stakeholders to drive completion of project deliverables, action items, and objectives.
Responsible for analyzing data, identifying the problem areas and pulling together data/insights.
Engaging with the data team to formalize reporting, where regular reports or common dashboard are required.
Ability to articulate your findings and highlight patterns found within the data.
Use analytics tools such as Tableau/Excel, to provide actionable insights into growth related performance metrics.
Understand business processes to translate into logical data models.
Working across multiple disciplines, interdepartmental teams and engaging with stakeholders.
