Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. You will use various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems. Overall, you will strive for efficiency by aligning data systems with business goals.

As a Data Engineer, you will be handling the design and construction of scalable management systems, ensure that all data systems meet company requirements, and also research new uses for data acquisition. You should also know the ins and outs of the industry such as data mining practices, algorithms, and how data can be used.

To succeed in this position, you should have strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data from different sources. Your skills should also include familiarity with several programming languages.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role

• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, etc)

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL database design

• Great numerical and analytical skills

• Data engineering certification (e.g IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus
