ITV On Demand is the home of the platform that powers the ITV Hub and Britbox UK. Last year the Hub served over 1.8 billion videos to 28 million users across 29 platforms including Amazon Fire, Xbox, Android and iOS devices to name but a few. We’re constantly expanding with year-on-year video delivery increasing by 23%.
Britbox was launched in December 2019 and is ITV’s joint venture with the BBC and other content partners, that aims to deliver a best-in-class subscription video service for great British content - all powered by technology battle-tested on the Hub.
Sitting in the data experimentation team, we have an opportunity for an Analyst to help deliver our ambitious data strategy. In this role you will be responsible for delivering corporate level dashboarding solutions with best in class data visualisation.
This role entails…
Support the creation of ITV self-serve analytics solution and building dashboards to measure product performance with a keen understanding of business requirements
Embed the usage of self-serve analytics across ITV
Scope and gather requirements for corporate KPI reporting across ITV with a focus on automation and self-service
Able to do data storytelling to the business
Provide accurate and insightful analysis of digital product and marketing performance
Support the successful delivery of ITV’s digital measurement framework
Collaborate with cross functional teams including data strategist, data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to support ITV’s data strategy
Communicate analytics and insight to business stakeholders in a non-technical, commercial and impactful manner
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:Minimum role criteria:
Keen problem solver who is able to demonstrate critical thinking
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working with Databricks, Google Analytics, GCP, Tableau and AWS preferable
Able to create insightful analysis and dashboards
Excellent data visualisations skills
Comfortable visualising and presenting analysis across a range of formats (reports, powerpoint, dashboards, e-mail)
