Title: Data Analyst
Reports to: Sr. Human Resources Manager
Location: Holland, MI.
LG Energy Solution develops and manufactures small and large lithium ion batteries and packs for IT, electric vehicle (EV), and energy storage applications. LG Energy Solution is one of the top leading EV battery manufacturers in the world and has several hundred gigawatts of production capacity now. Capacity continues to expand as the company keeps adding new plants in places across the globe including the USA, Europe, China and Korea.
Job Summary:
The role of this positon will be to work both as an analyst as well as reporting. In this role you will provide data visualization and presentation through data extraction, analysis, and standard/dashboard reporting. You will be responsible for working with the COE Leaders in compiling, entering and analyzing data from a variety of sources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze workforce data to generate meaningful business insights
- Confidently present insights to varying levels of the organization
- Accountable for data integrity, data accuracy and HR analytics and reporting
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection to meet all regulatory and company expectations
- Collaborate with IT developers to develop and maintain any reporting environments
- Integrating multiple data sets into easy-to-use dashboards for HR and Business leadership
- Coordinate with team members to identify opportunities and make recommendations to move manual process to system generated workflow design.
- Analyze employee data for trend analysis and actionable insights
- Maintain HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards, including maintenance of data to support HR analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports, and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with cleaning, updating, managing, and tracking data across multiple sources
- Experience in working with data management, analysis, and visualization tools
- Experience with developing processes and standard operating procedures for data analysis, management, and visualization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ADP and Success Factors
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
