A day in the life:
Over the past 10 years, PEXA has transformed the conveyancing industry, with over $1 Trillion of property value transacted through our platform. We are relentlessly focused on transforming the property experience for everyone and know there is more work to be done to further improve and enhance our existing offerings in market.
We are looking for a Data Analyst that is passionate about using facts and data to drive key product decisions that improve Customer Experience. Working closely with Sponsor and Project Team, the Data Analyst will support the delivery of insights and reporting to inform a roadmap of initiatives focused on solving complex, cross industry problems within the Mortgage Supply Chain.
We have hypotheses on a few of the problems to be solved, an existing backlog of great ideas and a bunch of amazing PEXArians for you to work with. As we put the Customer at the heart of everything we do, we want to re-validate our problem statement before we get started. The Data Analyst will be at the heart of this problem definition, working to identify opportunities for improvement through the analysis of data we have, supplemented by qualitative attributes and verbatim from our customers and end users. The goal will be to define a target state experience, which will lead to the development of a detailed roadmap of initiatives to be delivered over the next 12-18 months
