About the Role
Staff COVID vaccination program and contact tracing program at SVHM requires a role to maintain data quality for use in management, quality/ clinical assurance and internal and external reporting. This role will form part of the Decision Support Team and is classified at HS5 with an additional overaward (Approximately $55 per hour).

SVHA has a duty of care under work health and safety legislation to eliminate and/or control the risk of transmission of vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) in healthcare settings.
