Overview

This role will build out the Credit Karma to Tax analytics function within Intuit’s consumer group. This role will be focused on optimizing every Credit Karma customer’s journey to tax by building the best product for them.

This role will drive critical cross-functional strategies and will partner closely with senior product and marketing leadership, product engineering, data engineering, data analytics, and data science. The insights and strategies generated by this analyst will be instrumental in driving product conversion.

You’ll be joining the Credit Karma Analytics team, which powers a Big Bet initiative within Intuit’s Consumer Group (TurboTax, Mint, CreditKarma). We leverage behavioral and transactional data to surface customer insights and deliver awesome outcomes for the business and our customers. As a Staff Business Data Analyst, you will be in a highly influential position to inform product strategy and drive maximum business results.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required or equivalent work experience; Masters preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience working in web, product, marketing, or other related analytics fields, ideally with exposure to funnel measurement and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, A/B Testing, and Data Visualization (Tableau/Qlik/Amplitude)
  • Experience in defining metrics and instrumenting data tracking in clickstream
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations

How You Will Lead

  • Develop (alongside product counterparts) experimentation plans to measure and optimize execution of data-driven strategies in emerging areas of the CK tax roadmap across execution, targeting, and personalization
  • Drive strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment around data-driven approaches to optimizing the CK to Tax conversion funnel
  • Draft whitepapers to summarize complex Analytics concepts with clearly outlined principles and data backed research
  • Partner with Intuit-wide analytics counterparts to standardize E2E funnel reporting and strategy
  • Mentor junior analysts to raise the bar across the Analytics organization
