Data Analyst - Pharmacy Services

Job description

This is a full-time post offered on a fixed contract for 12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Data Analyst to join the Central Prescribing Team to take forward new initiatives and developments in prescribing analysis. Prescribing data analysis is a key tool to monitor trends and support both clinicians and managers to achieve the best outcomes from the available resources.

This post will require excellent communication and IT skills, working within a specialist Data Analyst Team and be part of a wider multidisciplinary team. The post holder will be expected to support Pharmacy Services in meeting targets and delivering reports to a range of stakeholders.

The post holder must be proficiency with databases, in data analysis software and other Microsoft packages and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, planning and organisation skills and be able to work independently.
