- Consult with internal and external customers to identify user needs for business requirements and data sources
- Compile and query data from the Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse based on business requirements
- Analyze data using statistical tools and techniques with Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft Excel
- Identify and interpret data patterns, trends, and assess data quality
- Prepare technical reports to present findings and make recommendations on data revisions
- High school diploma or equivalent plus four years of full-time experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or reporting work
- Coursework in data science, business analytics, or related fields may substitute for experience
- Experience with data models, database design, and data mining techniques
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with analyzing large data sets and conducting data searches
- Familiarity with running queries in Oracle SQL Developer, DBeaver, or similar tools
- Experience presenting findings and facilitating workshops
- Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on goal setting and risk assessment
