Medior Data Engineer - SAP BI4/SQL

Remote Work: 4 days per week, with one dedicated in-office day (Belgium)

Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Specialize in SAP BI4, to enhance and optimize data integration processes.
• Conduct data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing activities.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on SAP BI4.
• Solid understanding of SQL and proficiency in database management.
• Experience in the banking/insurance sector is a plus.
• Experience as data analyst is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
