This role it to provide analytical and operational support to Transport Operations across both Ground & Rail, to demonstrate that we are we are in control and efficiently managing the operation to the highest possible standards.
Main Job Duties
Improve KPI reporting accuracy and timely reporting to conduct contract performance reviews, capturing improvement actions and developments
To provide regular weekly and monthly reports to internal and potentially external Customers that cover the status key areas of the Transport Safety, Legal and Performance processes.
Initiate the gathering and analysis of information from current and prospective data sources and ensure a quality, innovative, cost effective and operationally safe and legal transport operation. Completion of all MI and analysis tasks in accordance with required standards and agreed timescales, underpinned with system housekeeping.
What We're Looking For
Ideally the successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel: v-lookups, pivots, macros & databases, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work with large data set
Problem-solving skills to analyse complex data and present back in concise and understandable format (e.g., graphs, tables, diagrams).
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
