The Business Operations team's vision ️ is to help Stuart achieve its goals through analysing, optimising and automating our operations. We work with data every day to bring insights and guide the strategy of the Business Unit. We're passionate about understanding root causes, exploring new tools and techniques and acting as thought partners to our stakeholders. From finding the right definition of success for our clients to understanding the drivers behind courier preferences and reducing manual steps in our everyday processes, we ensure the entire Business Unit is well equipped to rapidly execute a clear data-driven strategy.
