MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in Data Science, Business
Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics,
Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred. Each year of
experience as described below in excess of the required three
years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an
accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.

2. Three years full-time, wage-earning data analysis, research,
data gathering, or report writing experience.

3. One year full-time, wage-earning experience in the use of Microsoft
Office Suite or equivalent to include word processing, spreadsheet,
database, or prsentation software programs.

4. Experience in grant research and writing preferred.

5. Experience in emergency management preferred.

6. Experience in financial operations preferred.

**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,293.41.**

The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally
applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the
