    The Position

    The purpose of this role is to support the Business Manager and will be responsible for providing support to help manage the delivery of Property Services. In addition, assist with the development, analysis and reporting of contract related information and the maintenance of the Works Management System (WMS)

    This role will deliver a range of services including, but not limited to:

    • Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    • Detailed monthly reconciliations.
    • Management of aging work orders.
    • Provide MyWork app support.
    • Delivery of Property Services,
      • Queries related to the delivery of services.
      • Updating reconciliation spreadsheet.
      • Managing documentation relating to tenders, specifications, audits and contractor engagement requirements.
      • Creation of annual jobs and set up of new services, as well as actioning budget increases/decreases.
      • Finalise Property Services orders regularly as required.

    Required Experience

    • Provide professional, efficient and timely customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
    • In facility management or property services with an understanding of related issues
    • High level of administration skills, proficient in Microsoft office suit.
    • Accuracy, quality and completeness of work produced.
    • Demonstrated cooperation between peers.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable with strong Excel skills would be highly desirable.

    Please note: As a pre-requisite for this role, candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment Medical.
