Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Positioning IBM value through architecture discussions and workshops
  • Setting the technical strategy for sales opportunities
  • Leading requirements gathering and analysis
  • Develop technical solution and briefs using standard design methodology and tools.
  • Design client solutions employing cross functional IBM SW offerings
  • Preparing and presenting client-facing presentations and whiteboard discussions, organise Demos & POCs.
  • Technical skills that include: OpenShift/Kubernetes & Docker, Operator SDK, Linux with bash & Python, Ansible, Git, Kubernetes Monitoring & Management (Prometheus, ELK), familiar with Jenkins & DevOps, familiarity with Relational & NOSQL databases.
  • Establishing trusted advisor relationships with CxO and decision makers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • English Fluent (verbal and written)
  • Should have experience in designing technical solution.
  • Should have demonstrated client engagement experience in complex solution design that consists of at least 2 or more functional areas viz. User Experience, Automation/Application Integration, Advanced analytics, Security and system management.
  • Candidate should be exposed and have applied knowledge of cloud native, service oriented design / microservices and containerized deployment on cloud platforms
  • Very strong communication skills (email, IM and verbal) and customer-ready presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and subject matters experts, making sure that information is clearly understood by all parties.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Preparing and presenting client-facing presentations and whiteboard discussions, organise Demos & POCs.

  • Relational, Graph, and Columnar DB design
  • ETL/ELT Pipelines
  • Open-source usage and involvement
